Exodus 33
Daily Devotional from Exodus 33--
Verse 13
Now therefore, if I have found favor in your sight, please show me now your ways, that I may know you in order to find favor in your sight. Consider too that this nation is your people.
Moses was having one-on-one conversation with God, just as a man speaks to his friend.
This special privilege was granted to Moses, and it’s the same privilege we, as God’s children, have been granted today. Because of Christ’s sacrifice, as His children we can (and should) go boldly before the throne of grace to obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).
As Moses prayed to know God and His ways better, let’s use the Scriptures that God provided as a guidebook to know Him and His ways better, in order to please Him.
