Exodus 36
Daily Devotional from Exodus 36—
Bezalel and Oholiab, with the other craftsmen, were overwhelmed with materials because of the generosity of the Israelites. The Lord stirred the people to create and give all that was needed plus more to the point that Moses had to command them to stop.
Oh Lord, stir our hearts and instill skills in us to do your will for, in and through your house. Due to your generous supply, we can gladly give. Anoint us and reveal what you would have each one of us contribute. May we be found faithful to give to overflowing, as the Israelites did for the tabernacle of Moses. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Matthew 10:8 reads, "Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give."
Luke 6:38 says, “give and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.”
What a marvelous circle of love, provision and blessing!
